BJP Leader CT Ravi Calls for Strict Action Over Hampi Incident

Date:

BJP leader CT Ravi has urged the Karnataka government to take strict action over the recent incident in Hampi, warning that failure to do so could harm India’s global reputation.

“This matter needs to be taken seriously. Otherwise, the reputation of India will be damaged in the world,” Ravi stated. He emphasized the need for swift legal action against those responsible to set a strong precedent. “Action needs to be taken against the criminals so that a strong message can be sent,” he added.

Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, attracts tourists from across the world due to its rich historical and cultural significance. Expressing concern over the safety of visitors, Ravi stressed that ensuring security at such a prestigious location should be a priority for the state government. “Hampi is a world heritage site, and it is the responsibility of the state government to ensure the safety of the people visiting there,” he said.

The incident has sparked concerns regarding law enforcement and tourist safety in Karnataka. With increasing political pressure, the state government is expected to respond with concrete measures to protect one of India’s most treasured heritage sites.

As the situation unfolds, all eyes are on the government’s next steps in addressing the issue and restoring confidence in Hampi’s security.
