PM Modi Reaffirms Bengaluru’s Central Role in India’s Knowledge Economy

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday reiterated that Bengaluru remains one of the strongest pillars of India’s growing knowledge economy. Emphasising the city’s contribution to technology, research, and innovation, the Prime Minister noted that Bengaluru’s human capital continues to drive India’s global competitiveness.

The city’s professionals are playing a key role in strengthening India’s digital public infrastructure and next-generation technologies.
