The Raisina Dialogue will be held in New Delhi from today until March 7, bringing together global leaders, policymakers and experts to discuss key geopolitical and geo-economic challenges.

Considered India’s premier conference on international affairs, the Raisina Dialogue has been organised annually since 2016 by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs India.

This year’s edition will focus on artificial intelligence security, global governance challenges and the evolving world order, particularly amid rising tensions in the Middle East.

Global Leaders Arrive in Delhi for Conference

Foreign Minister of Mauritius, Dhananjay Ramful, has arrived in New Delhi to participate in the dialogue.

India’s Ministry of External Affairs welcomed him, highlighting the strong and enduring partnership between India and Mauritius, which is rooted in shared cultural heritage and strong people-to-people ties.

Bhutan Foreign Minister Also Participating

Earlier, D. N. Dhungyel, the Foreign and Foreign Trade Minister of Bhutan, also arrived in the Indian capital to attend the conference.

Welcoming the Bhutanese minister, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that India–Bhutan relations are built on deep trust, goodwill and mutual respect, and the visit will further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The Raisina Dialogue has become a major platform for international strategic discussions, attracting leaders, diplomats, academics and journalists from across the world.

Through high-level discussions and policy exchanges, the conference aims to shape global conversations on security, technology, diplomacy and economic cooperation in a rapidly changing geopolitical landscape.
